Cancellation Policy

Many of our products are created especially for each customer. For this reason, cancellation requests can only be accepted before production has begun.

When a Cancellation Can Be Approved

A cancellation request may qualify for a full refund where all of the following apply:

  • your order has not entered production or fulfilment;

  • no personalised, printed or custom work has started;

  • your order has not been packed for dispatch;

  • your cancellation request reaches us before manufacturing begins.

If these conditions are met, we will cancel your order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

When an Order Cannot Be Cancelled

Unfortunately, we cannot usually cancel an order if:

  • production has already started;

  • the item has been printed, embroidered, assembled or otherwise custom-made;

  • the parcel has already been dispatched;

  • digital content has been delivered or made available for download;

  • access has been granted to an online course or other digital service where the statutory right to cancel has been waived in accordance with applicable law.

Requesting a Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • your name;

  • your order number;

  • the email address used during checkout; and

  • confirmation that you wish to cancel the order.

Submitting a request does not automatically cancel an order. We will first verify whether production has already commenced before confirming the outcome.

Order Changes

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to assist with changes such as:

  • product selection;

  • size;

  • colour;

  • quantity; or

  • shipping address.

Once production has started, changes are generally no longer possible.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Where a cancellation is successfully approved before production begins, your payment will be returned using the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Digital Products

Digital products are supplied immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated.

Because these products become accessible instantly, purchases of downloadable files, ebooks, templates, digital resources and online course materials are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where your rights under applicable consumer legislation require otherwise.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing contained in this policy is intended to reduce, limit or replace any rights available to consumers under Irish or European Union law. Where legislation provides you with additional protections, those rights will always take precedence over this policy.
